When you access the Online Portal, both this Privacy Policy and AppFolio’s applicable privacy notices, terms of service, user agreements, and, where applicable, payment processor terms may govern your use of the platform. We encourage you to review those documents when using the Online Portal.

The Online Portal may also allow users to voluntarily save one or more payment methods and authorize recurring or automatic electronic payments. Participation in recurring payment programs is optional. Residents are solely responsible for establishing, reviewing, modifying, or canceling recurring payment authorizations, maintaining accurate payment information, ensuring sufficient available funds or credit, monitoring scheduled transactions and account notifications, and promptly updating or removing stored payment methods as needed.

Electronic payment processing may involve third-party payment processors, banks, automated clearing house (ACH) networks, payment card networks, and related financial institutions.

Courtyard Properties generally does not store complete payment card information on its own systems. Payment information may include:
